In this image you can see rust has been removed by cutting out sections and in this case the rear subframe mountings are reinforced to fix the design fault which caused the mountings to crack and encourage rust in the first place. Here we used a “2 pack” Acrylic paint that only required 2 coats and no clear coat to achieve a high gloss. This is the original standard for most classic vehicles. The freeze core plugs are replaced as they where corroded from sitting for years. The manifold, cracked from excessive corrosion is replaced. The engine block is sand blasted and painted.
